I have been doing two different types of yoga at least 4 times a week recently and I feel amazing. The same as Irish dance, when I'm in class I forget about everything else and concentrate on only that moment, myself and what I need to improve. Bikram has become so much more natural to me. I find myself getting into the poses more easily, my breathing is more calm, and its doing wonders for my flexibility. Oh, and I have a pretty beautiful tree pose if I do say so myself ;).
